As the No Name Road founder, I started my first company at 19, which allowed me to grow as an entrepreneur and understand the mindset required for success. My experience in community building began with an invite-only Membership organization focused generational challenges, through venture philanthropy and impacting policy. My passion for exposing thoughtful people to critical issues continues to grow as I work with founders, VC's, tech companies and entrepreneurial communities building experiences to bridge gaps and bring people and teams together.

The through-line of my career is rooted in cultivating meaningful human connection in an increasingly disconnected world. The core responsibility of all my roles are to serve as the catalyst for magic and create innovative experiences that foster engagement and build community.

For the last year, I had the opportunity to sit in an executive role at Powder Mountain alongside Reed Hastings, to bring my 15+ years of fostering connection, cultural strategy, entrepreneurship and vision to reimagine and architect the future of their membership experience and community.

All of these experiences further solidify my understanding that at the end of the day, through all the noise, all we are looking for is to truly connect. It’s my privilege to dedicate myself to that every day.
