Blair believes that to create solutions for long term systemic problems, you must gather the most extraordinary people to have the greatest impact. Blair spent the last 5 years at Gen Next, an invite-only Membership organization focused on tacking the greatest generational challenges of our time, through venture philanthropy and impacting policy. She built and grew the Gen Next community in San Diego by over 500%.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and exposing thoughtful people to critical issues, Blair worked with the team at Summit Powder Mountain to assist with content curation and event production. 

Previously, Blair started a company consulting for people with gluten allergies after being diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 19. At the time, gluten was a foreign word, and information was limited. She worked with individuals, families and grocery stores to assist in product labeling, buying and how to live a “normal” life without gluten.

Blair attended San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.
